Booking Classes Experiencing Intermittent Issues - Ongoing
We are currently investigating an issue where some users of the F45 Training app are unable to book classes receiving error messages. We have identified the issue as the result of a change performed by our third-party provider Mindbody. We are actively working with them to resolve. Members can continue to book with the F45 x Mindbody training app or Mindbody apps in the interim.
F45 Trials Assessment Submission Window Increased - Dec 2, 2023
What a week! We’ve been experiencing all-time high levels of engagement and enthusiasm around the globe for F45 Trials and we’re excited to see the assessments roll in for the upcoming final Stages.
We have experienced intermittent system issues in the last few days impacting the ability for some users to save or submit their Stage 4 and 5 assessments in a timely manner.
Due to the increased engagement, we didn’t anticipate the load on the F45 Training app and as a result, our services became overloaded. Due to these issues, ensure you enter any missed assessments as we will be broadening the submission window to ensure anyone affected by these issues has an opportunity to submit their results and can continue to enjoy Trials.
As we work through processing the affected assessments the Leaderboard rankings will vary day to day.
We are continuing to monitor our services and will continue to scale as needed if the issue arises again. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it won’t, hence the decision to increase the submission window.
What do I need to do?
For prior assessments, if you CANNOT see your assessment at all in the F45 Training app or it is incomplete you will need to re-enter your assessment or enter in the values that were not completed. If you are having difficulty saving an existing Stage 4 or 5 assessment in the F45 Training app try creating a new assessment.
For upcoming assessments if you are having difficulty saving take a note of your results, wait and enter your results at a later time.
If you can see all your assessments in the F45 Training app - there is no action.
Continue enjoying F45 Trials, sweating it out and recording your results to set your baseline for the next Trials in 2024! We understand this is frustrating due to the time-sensitivity of Trials and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Stage 4 Submission Issues - Nov 30, 2023
We have resolved and fixed an incident this morning (6am US CST) for some users that resulted in Stage 4 assessments not saving (or receiving a network error) due to high-load. This primarily impacted US and Canadian studios and we have scaled our services appropriately and are monitoring to ensure everything is stable.
If you CANNOT see your Stage 4 assessment at all in the F45 Training app you will need to re-enter their Stage 4 assessment. We have increased the submission window for Stage 4 and will continue recalculating to ensure their results are accurately captured on all Leaderboards.
If you CAN see your Stage 4 assessment in the F45 Training app but are having issues with it saving; create a new Stage 4 assessment and your score will be included on Leaderboards within 24 hours.
If you CAN see you Stage 4 assessment in the F45 Training app - there is no action.
